1. Registration and Reinstatement of Nonprofit Corporation for Vermont

Reinstatement of a nonprofit corporation for Vermont

As a Vermont non-profit corporation, if you fail to file annual or biennial reports within deadlines prescribed, or to maintain a registered agent in the state of Vermont, your organization would completely lose its good standing with the Secretary of State's Office. You would be notified that your organization is terminated or inactive depending on how long you haven't been filing the report.
