Reinstatement of a nonprofit corporation in Oregon

If your non-profit corporation was 'administratively dissolved' for not filing an annual report for the last five years, it could be reinstated.

Steps to be followed while filing online

1. Confirm your business is eligible for reinstatement

Go to Business Registry Web Renewal​​ and enter the registration number of the business to be reinstated.

2. Generate the appropriate forms

If your business is eligible for reinstatement, you will either see the message, "Click here to generate and print a reinstatement form" or receive the message "Save Time Reinstate Online".​

3. Update your business information

Make any corrections needed for your business information. If you are filing the reinstatement forms, strike out any incorrect information, and write the correct information on the annual report form attached with the reinstatement application.

4. Submit the forms to us
